personalization
Can I have my products personalized?
Yes, we can! Many of our products in the shop can be personalized for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need a custom-made product. We produce locally and can therefore respond quickly to your requests.
Which individual wishes are possible?
In the personalized products, only the rough layout is given. We can always easily adapt all texts and names. Unfortunately, drawing new motifs is usually not possible spontaneously. But please do not hesitate to ask us anyway. Perhaps we have one or two motifs in the drawer that are not yet shown here. Customer requests are also a very valuable suggestion. We try to implement as many of them as possible.
Can I get a preview file for my personalized products?
Unfortunately, due to time constraints, this is not always possible. In exceptional cases where personalization requires a major change to the layout, we will of course contact you.
materials and quality
Where do your motifs and designs come from?
We are creative ourselves and design our motifs and graphic designs without AI support or purchasing from external platforms. The analogue brush is highly valued here. Everything is guaranteed to be hand-painted and without digital wizardry!
What paper are the posters printed on?
The posters are printed on high-quality premium paper with a grammage of 200 g/m². The paper is matt and non-reflective, the surface has a fine, elegant structure. This feels great to the touch and gives the poster a very special feel. The paper is FSC and PEFC certified.
What material are the cards printed on?
All cards are printed on sturdy, high-quality cardboard with a grammage of 250 - 300 g/m². The cardboard is made from sustainable raw materials in Germany and is FSC certified. It has an elegant, matte surface with a light structure that is great for writing on.
Do the posters have a frame?
No, unfortunately we don't offer that at the moment (yet). But you can order beautiful matching poster rails made of oak. You can find these in the shop in the category Poster rails + holders .
Digital files
What is a digital product?
You don't get a physical product to touch, but you get one or more files immediately after purchase. You can print these or edit them further depending on the file and your needs. This is particularly useful if you need something quickly, because you don't have to wait for your order to be delivered.
How does the download work?
After you have completed your purchase, your link to download the file will be displayed in the checkout area. We will also send you the link by email.
How can I use the files I purchased?
Our files are copyrighted and for personal, private use only. You may print or plot them as often as you like and use them yourself or give them away. However, they may not be resold to third parties, distributed or reproduced commercially - either electronically or in printed or plotted form.

How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs in Germany are €2.40 up to an order value of €19.00. Above this value we charge shipping costs of €4.00.
For orders over €39.00 we generally ship free of charge within Germany.
The shipping costs for international orders are between €8.50 and €12.00 and will be displayed at checkout.
What are the processing times?
All orders are carefully and lovingly packaged and we always do our best to ship everything as quickly as possible. This usually happens within 1-2 working days.
We give special treatment to funeral stationery. It is sent the next day at the latest.
With which shipping service provider are the orders shipped?
We ship our orders within Germany with Deutsche Post and DHL. For international orders, UPS can also help us, depending on the destination.
How are posters sent?
All posters up to a size of 21x30 cm are sent flat in a sturdy cardboard box. All larger posters come to you rolled and well protected in a sturdy tube.

Returns and Exchanges
I want to return an item. How does that work?
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please note that the items must be in their original packaging, clean and unused if possible. Please send us a message so that we can send you all further information.
We will cover the shipping costs for any return shipment.
Special features for returns and exchanges of personalized items
Due to the individual nature of these products, cancellation is unfortunately not possible. This does not apply, of course, if the products were defective or damaged upon delivery.
Complaints
My delivery was damaged in transit. What now?
Please send us a message immediately with photos of the exact damage. We will send you a replacement immediately.
There is a problem with my order. What can I do?
If you are not satisfied, please send us a message with your complaint within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We will then get back to you immediately.
