Many products can be personalized for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need a custom order. All Funkenbunt products are produced locally. This allows us to react quickly to your wishes.

Which individual wishes are possible?

Only the rough layout is specified in the personalized products. We can always easily adapt all texts and names. Unfortunately, drawing new motifs is usually not spontaneous. But please don't hesitate to ask us anyway. Maybe we have one or the other motif in the drawer that is not yet shown here. In addition, customer requests are a very valuable suggestion. We try to implement as much of this as possible.

Can I get a preview file for my personalized products?

Due to time constraints, this is unfortunately not possible across the board. In exceptional cases, where the personalization requires a major change to the layout, we will of course contact you.

materials and quality

All motifs are self-designed and hand-painted in watercolor and ink. Digitized, the motifs then find their place on your stationery.

What paper are the posters printed on?

The posters are printed for you on high-quality Munken premium paper with a grammage of 200 g/m². The paper is matt and without reflection, the surface has a fine, elegant structure. It feels great and gives the poster a very special feeling. The paper is FSC and PEFC certified.

What material are the cards printed on?

All cards are printed on solid Gmund quality cardboard with a grammage of 250 - 300 g/m². The cardboard is made from sustainable raw materials in Germany and is FSC certified. It has an elegant, matt surface with a light structure that is great for writing on.

Do the posters come with a frame?

No, unfortunately we don't offer that (yet). But you can also order beautiful matching poster rails made of oak. You can find these in the shop in the "poster rails + holders" category.

How much are the shipping costs?

Depending on the item, the shipping costs are between €2.00 and €3.60.

From an order value of 39.00 € we always ship free of charge within Germany.

What are the processing times?

All orders are carefully and lovingly packed and we always do our best to ship everything as quickly as possible. This usually takes place within 1-2 days.

Funeral stationery gets special treatment from us. It will be sent the next day at the latest.

With which shipping service provider are the orders shipped?

We ship our orders with Deutsche Post and DHL.

How are posters sent?

All posters up to a size of 21x30 cm are sent flat in a sturdy cardboard box. All larger posters come to you rolled and well protected in a sturdy tube.

Solltest Du einmal nicht zufrieden sein, dann sende uns bitte innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt deiner Lieferung eine Nachricht mit deiner Reklamation. Wir melden uns dann umgehend bei dir.

Die Versandkosten für eine etwaige Rücksendung tragen wir.
