All orders are carefully and lovingly packaged and we always do our best to ship everything as quickly as possible. This usually happens within 1-2 days.

Funeral stationery will be sent the next day at the latest.

Within Germany we ship free of charge for orders over 39 €.

Shipping costs in Germany are €2.40 for orders up to €19.00.

In addition, we charge shipping costs of €4.00.

For orders over €39.00, shipping is generally free within Germany.

The shipping costs for international orders are between €8.50 and €12.00 and will be displayed at checkout.

We ship via DHL Paket or with Deutsche Post. The standard delivery time for parcels is 1-2 working days. The standard delivery time with Deutsche Post is 1-4 working days. However, your shipment will normally reach you within 2 working days.

We ship via DHL Parcel. Delivery times are up to 10 business days.
