material

The tags are printed on sturdy 250 gsm cardboard. The cardboard is made from sustainable raw materials in Germany and has a refined, matte surface with a subtle texture that is excellent for writing on. The inside pages are unprinted.

The round tags have a diameter of 7.5 cm. The hanging hole has a diameter of 5 mm.

All illustrations shown are self-designed, hand-drawn and painted using watercolor and ink techniques.

The pendants are sold without decoration, and this is therefore not included in the price.

Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings. However, they always look their best in real life.

processing times and shipping

Shipment

Within Germany we ship free of charge for orders over 39 €.

All orders are carefully and lovingly packaged and we always do our best to send everything as quickly as possible. This usually happens within 1-2 days. Funeral stationery is sent the next day at the latest.

If something is particularly urgent, please feel free to write us a message.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs in Germany are €2.40 for orders up to €19.00.

In addition, we charge shipping costs of €4.00.

For orders over €39.00 we generally ship free of charge within Germany.

The shipping costs for international orders are between €8.50 and €12.00 and will be displayed at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please note that the items must be in their original packaging, clean and unused if possible. Please send us a message so that we can send you all further information.

We will cover the shipping costs for any return shipment.

Unfortunately, returns are not possible for personalized items due to their individual nature. This does not apply, of course, if the products were defective or damaged upon delivery.
