processing times and shipping
Within Germany we ship free of charge for orders over 39 €.
All orders are carefully and lovingly packaged and we always do our best to send everything as quickly as possible. This usually happens within 1-2 days. Funeral stationery is sent the next day at the latest.

An unsere Kunden aus der EU:
Seit dem 12.08.2026 gilt die neue EU-Verpackungsverordnung PPWR. Sie schreibt vor, dass wir für jedes EU-Land, in das wir versenden, eine eigene behördliche Vertretung vor Ort benennen müssen. Für Österreich können wir dies nach wie vor bewerkstelligen, für alle anderen EU-Länder ist der Aufwand aktuell nicht zu stemmen, weshalb wir den Versand dorthin vorübergehend einstellen müssen. Wir hoffen, dass sich dies bald wieder ändert und halten Euch auf dem Laufenden.
Shipping costs in Germany are €2.40 for orders up to €19.00.
In addition, we charge shipping costs of €4.00.
For orders over €39.00 we generally ship free of charge within Germany.
The shipping costs for international orders are between €8.50 and €12.00 and will be displayed at checkout.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please note that the items must be in their original packaging, clean and unused if possible. Please send us a message so that we can send you all further information.
We will cover the shipping costs for any return shipment.
Unfortunately, returns are not possible for personalized items due to their individual nature. This does not apply, of course, if the products were defective or damaged upon delivery.

Ich habe zum Vatertag diese Aufkleber bestellt, sie sind alle drei sehr schön geworden und kamen auch pünktlich an. Passen tuen sie auf kleine aber auch große Kerzen. Nun hoffe ich das sie gut halten, so lange wie die Kerze brennt. Ich würde mir aber noch wünschen, dass man sich selbst Aufkleber gestalten kann bzw. sich selbst einen nicht vorgegebenen Text als Aufkleber machen lassen kann.
Wie auf dem Bild, lässt sich einfach aufkleben und war schnell da.
Ich hatte die Sticker Express bestellt, es wurde sich sofort drum gekümmert. So dass sie pünktlich ankamen. Man hat eine Nachricht bekommen, dass die Sticker losgeschickt wurden. Ganz liebevoller Umgang mit dem Kunden. Der Sticker ist auch sehr schön 😊
