Ein passender Umschlag aus Kraftpapier kann optional mitbestellt werden.

Jede einzelne Bestellung wird ganz sorgfältig und liebevoll verpackt. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf deinen Einkauf.

material

Die Karte ist auf festem Karton mit einer Grammatur von 300 g/m² gedruckt. Der Karton wird aus nachhaltigen Rohstoffen in Deutschland hergestellt und hat eine edle, matte Oberfläche mit leichter Struktur, die sich super beschreiben lässt. Die Rückseite der Karte hat am unteren Rand ein kleines Logo.

Alle gezeigten Illustrationen sind selbst entworfen, von Hand gezeichnet und in Aquarell und Tusche Technik gemalt.

Die Farben können je nach Bildschirmeinstellung abweichen. In Realität sehen sie aber sowieso am schönsten aus.

Die Karte wird ohne Dekoration verkauft und diese ist daher nicht im Preis enthalten.

processing times and shipping

Shipment

Within Germany we ship free of charge for orders over 39 €.

All orders are carefully and lovingly packaged and we always do our best to send everything as quickly as possible. This usually happens within 1-2 days. Funeral stationery is sent the next day at the latest.

If something is particularly urgent, please feel free to write us a message.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs in Germany are €2.40 for orders up to €19.00.

In addition, we charge shipping costs of €4.00.

For orders over €39.00 we generally ship free of charge within Germany.

The shipping costs for international orders are between €8.50 and €12.00 and will be displayed at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please note that the items must be in their original packaging, clean and unused if possible. Please send us a message so that we can send you all further information.

We will cover the shipping costs for any return shipment.

Unfortunately, returns are not possible for personalized items due to their individual nature. This does not apply, of course, if the products were defective or damaged upon delivery.
